Unless specifically stated otherwise in promotional materials/advertisements, the Versiti Promotional Offer (“Offer”) is open to legal U.S residents, physically residing in the 50 United States, who are sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of participation. (Participants under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence must obtain parental consent before participating.) Offer is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

Please see promotional materials/advertisement for description of promotional product (the “Product”), the approximate retail value of the Product, and the time period of the Offer (the “Offer Period”).  

To obtain one (1) Product, participants must attempt to donate blood at an eligible Sponsor donor center or eligible mobile drive during the Offer Period specified in the promotional materials/advertisements or until a reasonable supply of all available Products has been awarded, whichever occurs first. Products may be fulfilled in one of two ways, depending on the specific Product being offered: (i) online redemption at the Sponsor’s vendor website, or (ii) onsite fulfillment immediately upon attempting to donate blood at a Sponsor donor center and/or mobile drive. All Product claims are subject to verification. Limit one (1) Product per person during the Offer Period. Products are non-transferable, and no cash-outs will be provided. No substitutions unless determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  By participating in this Offer, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional and service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of any of the above organizations (the “Released Parties”) from any injury, loss, or damage to person, including death, or to property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of the Product, participation in any Offer-related activity, or participation in the Offer.

PUPLICITY AND MARKETING:  Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Product constitutes participant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of participant’s name, biographical data, and likeness for advertising, promotion, or marketing purposes, as permitted by law, without additional notice, compensation, or consent.
