Gretchen brings a career-long passion for brand excellence, marketing/PR and change leadership to Versiti. She has spent more than 25 years leading people and strategies within nonprofit, corporate and higher education settings and understands what makes organizations and their brands tick, thrive and transform.

Prior to her role at Versiti, Gretchen served as chief learning officer and vice president for client experience at RippleWorx, an international SaaS firm recently named among the INC 5000 fastest-growing tech firms in the U.S. There, she built RippleWorx’s proprietary RPX5 methodology and deepened her expertise in brand leadership, heading the company’s first client experience division.

Prior to RippleWorx, Gretchen’s brand work for Kacmarcik Enterprises and Concordia University earned her national recognition for excellence in strategic design and outcomes.

Gretchen earned an EdD from the University of Southern California, an MA in Public Relations from Webster University, and a BS Ed from Concordia University Nebraska.
