NO PURCHASE OR BLOOD DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A donation does not increase your chances of winning. Open only to U.S. residents of Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Void where prohibited.

1. Promotion Description. Versiti’s Aloha Savecation Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on March 1, 2025 and ends on March 31, 2025. The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Versiti, Inc. (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and, by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and by all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and legally binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any materials (including, without limitation, advertisements) and these Official Rules, the terms in these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Entry constitutes acceptance of all Official Rules.
2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents of Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following are not eligible: (i) employees, officers, directors, agents, independent contractors, and representatives of Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributers, advertising, and promotion agencies; (ii) senior leadership of entities or organizations with contractual agreements in place with Versiti for blood-related products or services, as well as employees of such entities or organizations who had or have responsibility for negotiating such contractual agreements; and (iii) the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of any persons under (i) and (ii) above. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
3. Sponsor. Versiti, Inc., 638 North 18th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53233.
4. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. U.S. Central Time (CT) on March 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or about April 2, 2025.
5. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) by donating or attempting to donate at a Versiti Blood Center donor center or mobile blood drive located in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio during the Sweepstakes Period; or (2) by submitting an online Sweepstakes entry during the Sweepstakes Period. The choice of entry method will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.
   
   
   1. To enter by donating: During the Sweepstakes Period, donate or attempt to donate at any Versiti Blood Center donor center or mobile blood drive located in Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, or Ohio. (For a list of locations and mobile blood drives, please visit Versiti.org.) Donors will be tracked by Sponsor and will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes after their donation. Specifically, eligible entrants who donate during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. To be a donor, individuals must meet the minimum qualifications to donate. (Please visit Versiti.org for donor requirements.)
   2. To enter without donating (“AMOE”): Eligible entrants may enter the Sweepstakes without a blood donation by doing the following: Visit Versiti.org/savecation and fill out the entry form online during the Sweepstakes Period. By completing the online form, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
   
   
   The choice of entry method will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of the method of entry. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple names, email addresses, or any other methods will void all of that person’s entries for the Sweepstakes, and that person will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
6. Prize, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) & Odds of Winning. One (1) entrant will be randomly selected as the potential winner of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will receive the following prize package:
   
   
   • Five-night hotel accommodations for winner and one guest at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort in Honolulu, Hawaii (one (1) double-occupancy room; excludes meals, room service, and other incidentals); resort stay must take place between July 1, 2025 and October 31, 2025; see Prize Details for additional details.
   • Round-trip, coach-class airfare for winner and guest from a major domestic airport near winner’s place of residence to major domestic airport in Honolulu, Hawaii.
   • Ground transportation to and from Honolulu airport and resort.
   • $300 Visa® gift card.

Prize Details. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be either (i) 21 years of age or older or (ii) the child/legal ward of the winner. Winner and guest must be able to travel from between July 1, 2025 and October 31, 2025 to redeem prize. Travel must be reserved through Sponsor, and Sponsor will determine airline, flight, and ground transportation itinerary in its sole discretion. Winner will be provided one double-occupancy room at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort (the “Resort”) in Honolulu, Hawaii. Sponsor reserves the right to change the allowable travel dates, Resort accommodations, or any other component of the prize, for any reason and in its sole discretion, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor will use good-faith and reasonable efforts to work with its travel agent to book the travel selected by winner; however, flight schedules and Resort rooms are subject to change, availability, and cancellation without notice. Air travel will be from a major domestic airport near the winner’s place of residence. If potential winner is unavailable to travel during designated time frame for any reason, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries in a random drawing.

Prize fulfillment is subject to availability and restrictions at the Resort and flight availability. Prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned, or redeemed for cash value. By accepting and receiving the prize, the winner and guest agree to abide by the rules and regulations established by the Resort. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passport, visa, credit card, etc.) before departure. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize). Sponsor anticipates that winner will use the Visa® gift card for payment of any required resort fees, as well as meals and incidentals.

Any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to, round-trip transportation between the winner/guest’s residence and the departure airport, alcoholic beverages, fax, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, and internet/telephone calls that are not expressly included in the prize. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, block-out dates, and Sponsor’s approval as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airline carrier and Resort regulations and conditions apply. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards, or certificates. Once Resort accommodations and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes, and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and any unused element of the prize will be forfeited. If any portion of the prize is not available for any reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. If the winner and guest cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and an alternate winner will be chosen from among all eligible entries.

The actual value of the prize package is expected to vary based on the point of departure, date, times of travel, airfare fluctuations, and Resort pricing. If the actual value of the prize is less than stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. PLEASE NOTE: All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Affidavit of eligibility (including SSN), prize acceptance form, tax information, publicity release, and/or mutually acceptable liability releases may be required from potential winner and guest (i.e., liability release) where not prohibited. Prize will be awarded without warranty of any kind from Sponsor, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, or local law or regulation and, in such case, are subject to the service providers’ terms and conditions, and the winners agree to look solely to such service providers for any warranty or guarantee claim. No substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is not transferable, except that any winner, regardless of age, may transfer prize to a parent or legal guardian. Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to substitute a prize of the same or equal approximate retail value. Potential winner must reply as instructed below to identify him/herself, confirm his/her eligibility and ability to accept the prize, and provide his/her complete contact information within five (5) business days of winner notification, or he/she will be disqualified. If requested by Sponsor, potential winner will subsequently be required to complete an affidavit/certification of eligibility, a liability release (winner and guest), and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within the time period specified by Sponsor at the time of such request. Winner will also be required to return a properly completed IRS W-9 form within the time period specified by Sponsor, and winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 issued in his/her name for the fair market value of prize received. Proof of identity, age, and legal residence may be required to claim a prize. Any winner or potential winner may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion if: (a) he/she fails to reply or to provide any required information or properly completed documents within the required time period; (b) he/she fails to comply with any of the terms of these Official Rules; or (c) if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable. In the event of disqualification of any winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected from among the remaining applicable eligible entries via the means of winner determination described herein, pending verification of eligibility. If any prize remains unclaimed after three (3) potential winners have been notified for that prize, the prize may remain unawarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for any incorrect or missing contact information associated with an entry, or for any change of contact information of entrant after entry submission.

Upon winner confirmation, Sponsor will provide information to winner and will work directly with winner to select travel dates and to make travel arrangements, including arranging airfare and making Resort reservations.

7. Winner Selection & Notification. Potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about April 2, 2025. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor in accordance with the Official Rules, whose decisions on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are binding and final. The potential prize winner will be notified via the contact information provided by the participant at the time of entry. If any winner notification remains unanswered for more than five (5) business days, the prize will be automatically forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete, or illegible contact information or for failure of a potential winner to contact Sponsor after being selected as a winner. A potential winner unwilling to accept the prize, or to otherwise agree to the terms of the prize award, will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be chosen in a random drawing.
8. Publicity & Marketing. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent that his or her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used by Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.
9. RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, PARTICIPATING DEALERS AND RETAILERS, AFFILIATES, SALES REPRESENTATIVES, DISTRIBUTORS, AND PROMOTIONAL AND OTHER VENDOR AGENCIES, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, SERVICE AGENCIES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, AND THE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES OF ANY OF THE ABOVE ORGANIZATIONS FROM ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE TO PERSON, INCLUDING DEATH, OR PROPERTY DUE IN-WHOLE OR IN-PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE/MISUSE OF A PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF ENTRANTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ENTRANTS’ ATTEMPTS TO CIRCUMVENT THE OFFICIAL RULES OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY, OR PROPER CONDUCT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA (“SECTION 1542”) AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE WITH RESPECT TO THE FOREGOING RELEASE ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY AND FOREVER WAIVED. THE RELEASES HEREUNDER ARE INTENDED TO APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS NOT KNOWN OR SUSPECTED TO EXIST WITH THE INTENT OF WAIVING THE EFFECT OF LAWS REQUIRING THE INTENT TO RELEASE FUTURE UNKNOWN CLAIMS.
10. Errors & Modifications. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of prize, including erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize, and under no circumstances will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Sweepstakes, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes, as contemplated by these Official Rules. If for any reason Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, or any order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If Sponsor in its discretion elects to so abbreviate the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all eligible entries received to date. All entries are the property of Sponsor and are not returnable. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion should any causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this promotion.
11. DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW. THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ONLY ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE WISCONSIN LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS PROMOTION IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN MICHIGAN, OHIO, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, OR WISCONSIN. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS SITUATED IN WISCONSIN; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT IN NO EVENT MAY A CLAIM BE MADE FOR ATTORNEYS’ FEES; (3) NO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, MAY BE AWARDED (COLLECTIVELY, “SPECIAL DAMAGES”); AND (4) ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM SPECIAL DAMAGES AND ALL RIGHTS TO SUCH DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. WISCONSIN LAW, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO CHOICE OF LAW RULES, GOVERNS THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL ASPECTS RELATED THERETO.
12. Privacy: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that personally identifiable information submitted as part of an entry will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the winners, and fulfill the prizes. Such information may be shared with Sponsor’s agents and affiliates as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and fulfill the prizes. Information will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.versiti.org/privacy-policy.
13. Announcement of Winner. To receive any legally-required name of the winner and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a legal-size, self-addressed, stamped envelope within ninety (90) days of the end of the Sweepstakes to: 2025 Versiti Aloha Savecation Sweepstakes–Winner’s List, Attn: Donor Marketing, P.O. Box 2178, Milwaukee, WI 53201-2178. Winner’s names may also be announced via the Versiti website at www.versiti.org.
