Versiti remembers the heroes of 9/11: the emergency responders, healthcare workers and 2,977 Americans who lost their lives on that tragic day, September 11, 2001. We also remember the patriotic blood donors who stepped up, rolled up their sleeves and gave blood for their fellow Americans in the days and weeks that followed – the true spirt of America!

Last year, Versiti moved this longstanding event to the American 1 Credit Union Event Center – and we’re returning there this year. The space is beautiful, and the support we got from the Jackson community was unbeatable!

This year, as we reflect upon this historic event, we ask you to stand up for your fellow Americans again. With a strong presence from the local police and fire departments, as well as our partner, Tunnels to Towers, our Spirit of America Blood Drive at the American 1 Credit Union Event Center in Jackson is something special. As thanks for saving local lives, you will receive a commemorative T-shirt, while supplies last, as a token of our gratitude.
