Champions of Hope are individuals, organizations, and advocates who support organ and tissue donation—from awareness and advocacy to care, recovery, and transplantation.
The Champions of Hope Campaign encourages workplaces and community partners to promote organ, tissue, and eye donation through education, outreach, and action. Participants plan and complete activities throughout the campaign year and track their efforts using the Champions of Hope Scorecard. Each completed activity earns points, and total points determine recognition levels at the annual Champions of Hope celebration.

Track your progress monthly and submit scorecards to your Versiti contact throughout the year for inclusion in the leaderboard! The leaderboard will be updated quarterly.
Your final scorecard must be completed and submitted by September 30 using the form below.

Each October, Versiti recognizes healthcare and community partners who make donation possible—through clinical excellence, innovation, family care, and relentless advocacy. In 2025, we honored partners at the conclusion of the HRSA DoNation Campaign. In 2026, we are excited to continue this annual celebration with our new Champions of Hope Campaign and Scorecard!
