Versiti Blood Center of Michigan is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its new permanent donor center in downtown Gaylord. The 3,200-square-foot center is located at 133 W. Main St., Suite 101, and will serve blood and platelet donors in Otsego County and surrounding communities.
“Versiti is excited to officially open the doors of our new donor center in Gaylord,” said Dawn Kaiser, area vice president and director of donor services, Versiti. “While we have served the community through mobile blood drives over the years, having a fixed space will allow our team to be more efficient and centralize our services to better serve current and potential donors, as well as our hospital partners in the area.”
To celebrate, Versiti will host a community blood drive on Tuesday, August 3.
