Functional/Serologic Test

ACDA Whole Blood (yellow top) or Citrated Whole Blood, and Serum

30 ml ACDA Whole Blood (yellow top) from mother and father, and 10 ml Serum from mother

20 ml ACDA Whole Blood (yellow top) from mother and father, and 3 ml Serum from mother

Serum sample should be spun down and taken off the clot. Whole blood sample must be received within 4 days of draw date. Older serum samples are acceptable if they have been frozen.
