NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY; void where prohibited. A purchase or donation does not increase your chances of winning.

1. Promotion Description. The Fire Up Your Team Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on September 10, 2026 and ends on September 20, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Versiti, Inc. The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and, by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein and by all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and legally binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any materials (including, without limitation, advertisements) and these Official Rules, the terms in these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Entry constitutes acceptance of all Official Rules.
2. Eligibility. Versiti’s Fire Up Your Team Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal U.S. residents of Illinois, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have reached the age of majority in their respective states of residence. The following are not eligible: (i) employees, officers, directors, agents, independent contractors, and representatives of Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributers, advertising, and promotion agencies; (ii) senior leadership of entities or organizations with contractual agreements in place with Versiti for blood-related products or services, as well as employees of such entities or organizations who had or have responsibility for negotiating such contractual agreements; and (iii) the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of any persons under (i) and (ii) above. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
3. Sponsor. Versiti, Inc., 638 North 18th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53233.
4. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on September 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. U.S. Central Time (“CT”) on September 20, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Three (3) winners will be randomly selected on or around September 21, 2026.
5. How to Enter.There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) by both donating (or attempting to donate) at a Versiti Blood Center donor center location in Illinois or at the Highland, IN, Versiti Blood Center during the Sweepstakes Period; or (2) by submitting an online Sweepstakes entry during the Sweepstakes Period. The choice of entry method will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.
   
   
   1. To enter by donating: Eligible entrants may enter by doing the following: (i) donating or attempting to donate at a Versiti Blood Center donor center location in Illinois during the Sweepstakes Period. Donors will be tracked by Sponsor and will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes after their donation. Specifically, eligible entrants who donate during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. To be a donor, individuals must meet the minimum qualifications to donate. (Please visit Versiti.org for donor requirements.)
   2. To enter without donating(“AMOE”): Eligible entrants may enter the Sweepstakes without a blood donation by doing the following: Visit Versiti.org/FireUpYourTeam26 and fill out the entry form online during the Sweepstakes Period. By completing the online form, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
      
      The choice of entry method will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning. Odds of winning one of the prizes depend on the number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of the method of entry. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple names, email addresses, or any other methods will void all of that person’s entries for the Sweepstakes, and that person will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”). Three (3) entrants will be randomly selected as potential winners of the Sweepstakes. Each of the three winners will each receive the following prize: A Team Ticket” package (10 to 15 general admission game tickets) to a Chicago Fire FC home game during the remaining 2026 season and a customized VIP experience courtesy of the Chicago Fire FC. (ARV: $1500).

Winner is encouraged to attend the game with his/her “team.” For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “team” may include, without limitation, a sports team, school group, club, workplace team, community organization, or other group of individuals selected by the winner. Winner and all guest attendees must comply with any venue policies, ticket terms, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Winner is solely responsible for selecting guest attendees and for ensuring that all guests meet the attendance requirements set forth below.

Guest attendance requirements are as follows:

• Ages 18 and older: No adult supervision required.
• Ages 13–17. At least one (1) adult age 18 or older must attend with the group.
• Ages 12 and under: At least two (2) adults age 18 or older must attend for every six (6) minor guests age 12 or under.

Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of age, confirm parental/legal guardian consent, and/or confirm compliance with the foregoing supervision requirements prior to awarding or permitting use of the prize. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize or removal of any non-compliant guest attendee.

PLEASE NOTE: Prize redemption is subject to Chicago Fire FC game ticket availability at the time of booking. Certain dates may be unavailable or excluded by Chicago Fire FC, including blackout dates and other restrictions determined by Chicago Fire FC in its sole discretion.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Affidavit of eligibility (including SSN), prize acceptance form, tax information, assignment of rights, background check, publicity release, and/or mutually acceptable liability releases may be required where not prohibited. Prizes are awarded without warranty of any kind from Sponsor, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local law or regulation and, in such case, the merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s and/or service providers’ terms and conditions, and the winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers and/or service providers for any warranty or guarantee claim. No substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is not transferable, except that any winner, regardless of age, may transfer prize to a parent or legal guardian. Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to substitute a prize of the same or equal approximate retail value. For prizes $2,000 or more in value to an individual winner in a calendar year, winner’s social security number or taxpayer ID will be required in order to issue a Form 1099-MISC showing prize ARV as income to winner. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to any prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification. Potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about September 21 2026. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor in accordance with the Official Rules, whose decisions on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are binding and final. The potential prize winners will be notified via the contact information provided by the participant at the time of entry. If any winner notification remains unanswered for more than seventy-two (72) hours, the prize will be automatically forfeited in its entirety, and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete, or illegible contact information or for failure of a potential winner to contact Sponsor after being selected as a winner. A potential winner unwilling to accept the prize, or to otherwise agree to the terms of the prize award, will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be chosen in a random drawing. Sponsor will provide instructions on prize fulfillment after winner confirmation.
8. Publicity Release. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent that his or her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used by Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.
9. Release. By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation, or award of prize shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (“Releasees”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Entrant hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Releasees against any and all third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to any breach by the entrant of any provision of this document, including, without limitation, entrant’s representations and warranties.
   
   MAJOR LEAGUE SOCCER, ITS MEMBER PROFESSIONAL SOCCER CLUBS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “MLS” ENTITIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED. THE MLS ENTITIES, OTHER THAN THE CHICAGO FIRE FC, HAVE NO INVOLVEMENT IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY.
10. Errors & Modifications. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prize, including erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize, and under no circumstances will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Sweepstakes, or to amend the Official Rules at any time, without prior individual notice, should any factor interfere with the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes, as contemplated by these Official Rules. If for any reason Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or any order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If Sponsor in its discretion elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes, Sponsor the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all eligible entries received to date. All entries are the property of Sponsor and are not returnable. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion should any causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this promotion.
11. DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW. THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ONLY ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE WISCONSIN LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS PROMOTION IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN MICHIGAN, OHIO, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, OR WISCONSIN. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS SITUATED IN WISCONSIN; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT IN NO EVENT MAY A CLAIM BE MADE FOR ATTORNEYS’ FEES; (3) NO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, MAY BE AWARDED (COLLECTIVELY, “SPECIAL DAMAGES”); AND (4) ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM SPECIAL DAMAGES AND ALL RIGHTS TO SUCH DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. WISCONSIN LAW, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO CHOICE OF LAW RULES, GOVERNS THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL ASPECTS RELATED THERETO.
12. Privacy. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that personally identifiable information submitted as part of an entry will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the winners, and fulfill the prizes. Such information may be shared with Sponsor’s agents and affiliates as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and fulfill the prizes. Information will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.versiti.org/privacy-policy.
13. Winner’s List. To obtain an announcement of the winners (available on or about September 21, 2026) or a copy of the Official Rules, send a request including a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Versiti, Inc., Fire Up Your Team Sweepstakes, Attn: Donor Marketing, 1200 N. Highland Ave, Aurora, IL 60506. Requests must be received within 90 days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. Winners’ names may also be announced via the Versiti website at www.versiti.org.
