At Versiti, our Leaders for Life student leadership program guides young people on a journey of service. In elementary and middle school, students learn about the importance of blood donation and inspire lifesaving action among their peers. In high school, they step up to help host blood drives. In college, they take the reins — organizing blood drives that rally campuses and help save lives.

As they grow, that spark becomes leadership rooted in service. When you lead, you don’t just inspire change — you make a lifesaving difference.
