CD56 Enrichment and Chimerism Analysis (Maternal Cell)

Chimerism child and maternal testing for informative SNPs is required for chimerism testing and STAT testing to be possible. Eval-Maternal Cell Chimerism (2670D) order will be placed. USA test status: This is a laboratory developed test (LDT). 

EDTA Whole Blood (lavender top), ACD Whole Blood (yellow top), or Sodium Heparin Whole Blood (green top) also acceptable.

Indicate on specimen tube and requisition whether sample is whole blood or bone marrow. Sample must be received within 24 hours of collection and may be drawn Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. STAT not available for Friday delivery.
