Shared Core Resources

The Shared Resources at Versiti Blood Research Institute (VBRI) form a network of laboratories dedicated to advancing biomedical research by providing investigators affiliated with VBRI and the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center campus access to specialized services, state of the art instruments, and expert staff. Supported by the Versiti Blood Research Institute Foundation, these core facilities provide resources that would be cost-prohibitive for individual labs to maintain independently. The Shared Resources equip researchers with the tools, training, and technical expertise needed to maximize the impact of their work.  With a commitment to cutting-edge technology and collaboration, these facilities empower researchers to drive progress and achieve groundbreaking discoveries.

Researchers can reserve instruments and services through VBRI’s iLab portal. Registration as an iLab user is required for certain instruments and services, and some equipment may require prior training by Shared Resources staff. Additional shared instrumentation is available on a no-fee, walk-up basis and does not require iLab access. By using VBRI Shared Resources, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

For iLab registration, equipment details, support requests, or feedback, please contact sharedresources@versiti.org.

Medical College of Wisconsin Research Cores and Shared Resources provide research services using advanced instruments and technologies that would otherwise not be available to our faculty. Services are available to all MCW and partner institution faculty. Please follow the link to the Directory of Medical College of Wisconsin Cores.
