Our donor scheduling and communication systems tied to HemaConnect are undergoing a system update beginning Friday, September 13, 2024. We expect everything to be back online Monday, September 16. This update affects the Versiti donor portal, the Versiti donor app, and inbound and outbound communication.
The upgrade is needed to support future enhancements and new features and will improve the mobile app experience.
What this means for you, the blood donor:

During the update, you will not be able to use your account, schedule a new blood donation appointment or receive appointment reminders from us during the update – but you can still donate blood.
In the days to come, we encourage you to keep your previously scheduled appointments – or walk in during your preferred donor center’s regular hours. To find a blood donation center or community blood drive near you, click here.
Please note that, for your safety, all passwords will be reset during the upgrade. So, next time you log in, you’ll need to update your password.
